PUNC international watch industry Ltd.(PUNC Inc. for short) is a multinational incorporation which was founded in1990’s. The company can design, manufacture and sale wrist watches all by itself. The staple market of the company relates to USA, Mexico, Germany, UK, Japan and China, and it has two big series products which called Gorgeous and Glory. The company’s headquarters is located in China and its manufacturing center is located in China and Mexico. After ten years developing, the company has grown a top five wrist watch companies in the world. In the wrist watch industry, the company is confronted with four competitors in the whole world, and PUNC and its competitors are on the par in the field of scale, profit margin, and brand popularity. The company runs its business in the management game mimic environment involving strategy, marketing, producing, and finance etc. Management Game, a global strategic program, was developed and run by Carnage Mellon University utilizing computer science, network technology and a platform of interactive mimic center, and the program stimulates a typical multinational competitive environment.PUNC incorporation is the company operated by six2007MBA students of Northeast University participating in the program. They are CEO, CMO of brand Gorgeous, CMO of brand Glory, COO of manufacturing, COO of QC and CFO. The author is the CEO, who takes charge of strategic planning, coordination, implementation and strategic adjustment.First, the dissertation makes the analysis of the management environment, combining with the development of the wrist watch industry and the tenet of the company, and establishes the strategic planning in2010-2012. Second, it depicts the strategic execution, implementation, validation and adjustment in the practical simulated operation, and makes the summary and analysis of strategic planning combining with relative theories. Finally, in the background of Keystone Incorporation, the dissertation discusses several practical issues in the aspect of strategy making and execution, and at the same time, it also makes strategic plan and deployment to Keystone incorporation and even wrist watch industry in new thought combining with latest Blue Ocean Strategy concept.Hope that the dissertation may arrive at the beneficial exploration and reference effect to strategy plan of wrist watch industry, operation issue under the MG environment, and the practical strategy management enlightenment of other industries.
