In the 21 st century, along with the advance of science and technology, the rapid development and popularization of Internet technology, has become one of the necessary application technology of the People's Daily life. Especially in recent years, with the vigorous development of the domestic e-commerce industry, international trade activities on the Internet also gradually flourished. Since 2009, in order to promote international economic development, our country began to introduce some preferential policies to encourage cross-border e-commerce development. At the same time, cross-border e-commerce as a new form of trade, import and export trade of our country also have a major impact. However, with the continuous development of cross-border e-commerce, its the deficiencies in the process of operation also gradually exposed. The first is a cross-border e-commerce credit problems. Cross-border e-commerce and traditional way of payment is different, in the process of trading, the most striking features of virtual property, which makes the information of both parties have considerable uncertainty, combined with the legal policy between countries are to exist a certain lack of the rules of the making main body in the process of trade between, prone to break promises, and adverse impact on the development of the whole cross-border e-commerce.Therefore, this article from our country the research background of cross-border e-commerce credit problems, based on the related concepts and development course of the narrative, and further analyzes its development present situation and explores the related problems, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.This article altogether is divided into six chapters, the first chapter for the introduction, about the selected topic significance, the purpose of this article, the research content, research method and train of thought and related literature review. The second chapter is divided into two parts, first is the summary of related part of cross-border e-commerce, mainly introduces the concept of cross-border e-commerce, the method of payment and characteristics; Secondly, from the development situation and the comprehensive pilot construction two perspective, cross-border e-commerce of our country to illustrate the development process. The third chapter of cross-border e-commerce credit in China are discussed, and based on the theory of all kinds of problems of China's cross-border e-commerce are analyzed. The fourth chapter analyzed from the points of view of six cross-border e-commerce credit problems in our country. The fifth chapter, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions. The sixth chapter, the full text is summarized.
