ABSTRACT:Due to the strengthening of state macro-economic control policy and the changing market environment of real estate enterprises, more and more real estate corporations realize that capital and land are no longer core strengths of development, on the contrary, as the primary resource, human resource is the key of long-term sustainable development for them. And the trainings in human resource management, especially those based-on corporate strategy orientation become prominent and obvious in enterprise competition now. To maintain the invincible position, real estate enterprises need to improve their employees’ knowledge and skills in line with the strategic development objectives to strengthen their learning ability, innovation capability and sustainable competitiveness, which can realize through the building of perfect training system and sound training mechanism based on strategy orientation.Firstly, this research reviews the theory of strategic human resource management and training theory based on strategy orientation, and dissertates how to build the training system based on strategy orientation from three aspects, namely, building requirements, principles and models. Then taking W real estate corporation as the research object, this research tries to analysis the existing problems according to the current situation of human resource and training, and build training strategy based-on development strategy of W real estate corporation. Finally, it discusses the implementation process of training system based on strategy orientation from five aspects, namely, the analysis of training demand, the formulation of training plan, the implementation of training operation, training evaluation, and the transformation of training outcome. Also, this research builds the security system of training implementation from four aspects, ie. security on institutional system, functional system, cultural system and logistic support system, which on the whole, building the strategic oriented human resource training system of company W. The training system not only enhances the ability and competitiveness of employee, but also realizes the strategic development objectives of company W.
