As social economy develops and life level raises, consumers have more requirements to performances of electronic products, and the updates of electronic technology provide a huge room for PCB market. For another, with the increasing fierce competition environment, Shenzhen Fastprint Circuit Tech Co., LTD has to undertake the pressure to choose and challenge appropriate markets, brands, services, operating strategies and so on. Mostly, it plays an important practice role how to formulate an effective marketing strategy to make whole company survive and develop under the fierce circumstances.On the basis of related theories and review articles, the paper has analyzed the marketing micro-environments of Fastprint, the industry competitive environment and also studied the micro-environment of market. Through analyzing the current situation of marketing, we have found the problems of company. Besides, the paper has searched company's sales situation, including customers' requirements and also components' status quo and has used PEST to analyze the current macro-environments the company facing. Paper makes it clear of Fastprinr's strength or weakness, external opportunities or threats through SWOT, so that it provides the basis for the search of its marketing strategies. Furthermore, paper makes out the marketing strategies about products, prices, sales channels and promotions by segmenting markets, selecting and locating target markets. To make sure to implement those strategies, we also set out a serial of support plans, such as adjusting organizational structure, optimizing the order process and improving production management systems, establishing high-quality sales team, setting up effective evaluation mechanism, building corporate cultures and so on. At last, paper has come out main conclusions, innovation points, limits and further research directions.The paper has provided reference and basis for Fastprint's improvements of marketing strategies. It not only offers guidance values to Fastprint's sales practice, but also shows certain practical reference values to PCB industries.
