XY4S auto shop is the Guangzhou Honda Motor Company Class a4S stores authorized dealer, which was founded in August11,2004. XY4S auto shop is located in ShaJing of Shenzhen, is one Auto4S shops which Set sales, parts, service information feedback as a whole. Who currently manages more than30,000customers, With the growth rate accelerated in recent years in automotive market, XY4S auto shop show a continued increase in car sales, but customer loss was gradually increased too. In order to get better sustainable development, the marketing strategy research and analysis which based on the theory4C has become the key to the development XY4S auto shop.In order to adapt the market conditions change and suitable to rapid development of the company in the future, we must achieve the XY4S auto shop service concept: customer satisfaction is the focus of our work; moving customer is an extension of our service; customers trust is to ensure we move towards brilliant. In this paper, It analysis external environment, internal environment of the XY4S auto shop base on4C theory, the use of value chain analysis to analyze XY4S auto shop's competitive advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats; through market segmentation, target market and product positioning to determine the XY4S auto shop's marketing mix and marketing strategy, implementation and protection.We determine the XY4S auto shop marketing strategy which based on the theory of4C and the Marketing Strategy analysis of XY Motor Company. Using this strategy to fully grasp the depth customer spending mentality to grasp specific market needs, the use of limited resources, their own advantages, so that it can be in a strong competitive market position, increase customer retention, to save operating costs, increase profits and improve the branding effective, XY4S auto shop to achieve a win-win with customers.In short, In order to enhance the XY4S auto shop's more competitive in marketing of XY car towards a new stage, It must combined with study and research the successful experience of foreign and domestic car sales base on4C theory,.
