Research On Development Strategy Of YDL Technology Company

Strategic management determines the development direction and market orientation of enterprises,It is directly related to the rise and fall of enterprises.A set of perfect and feasible development strategies can enable enterprises to effectively avoid risks,tapping potential,define their core competitiveness,it is the inevitable need for the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises to become bigger and stronger.after three years of rapid development,YDL has gradually entered a bottleneck period,the intensification of industry competition and the increase of personnel training cost restrict the further expansion of the company,potential problems such as extensive company management and single profit model are gradually highlighted.Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a detailed and feasible development strategy for the company.On the basis of consulting a large number of relevant information about different types of enterprise development strategies,this paper combines the characteristics of the industry in which the company is located,systematic analysis of the internal and external environment of YDL Company has been carried out,and the development strategy and safeguard measures have been formulated for the company.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of this study,expounds the status quo of relevant research at home and abroad,and briefly describes the research methods and related concepts of industry.Secondly,using PEST analysis method and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the external macro environment and industry environment of YDL Company,and find out the advantages and disadvantages of the company.Thirdly,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the company's internal environment and find out where the company's competitiveness lies.Finally,through the above analysis results,the diversified development strategy,talent-driven strategy and differentiated development strategy are formulated for YDL Company,and the corresponding strategy implementation and safeguard measures are put forward.
