The High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises' Internationalization Political Risk And How To Evade

With the rapid development of economy Chinese, the degree of dependence on foreign trade is rising. From less 10% in 1978 the beginning of reform and opening up to 65% in 2006 the summit. Which means global economic integration in economy of our country to speed up the pace of internationalization. With the Chinese economy into the world economy, trade friction between China and other countries has increased year by year. Along with Chinese transformation and upgrading of economic structure has finished, the strength in high tech and high-end manufacturing has been enhanced. The core technology strength increasing. Competitiveness in the international market becomes more popular. Competition is unavoidable. Challenge especially on political risk becomes more and more intense. In 2012, Sany Heavy Industry couldn't enter into American market because of USA national security threat.We select case enterprise in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, and study their political risk in the internationalization. I take America for example and give some measures.The analysis is based on the data reflecting enterprises. After the study we come to a conclusion, in view of characteristic and political risk that China's high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises should take different measures at different stage.This paper has six parts. The first part is a introduction including background of thesis-choosing, the content of the research, significance and research approaches. The second part gives the review about the literature. The third part is the analysis of the necessity and particularity of the high-end equipment manufacturing enterprises in the internationalization. The fourth part analyses political risk. The fifth part analyses sample enterprises'. Take Sany Heavy Industry for example, introduce the system of CFIUS and 337 in the USA. And I give specific advises from enterprises and government different view point. The sixth part analyse the evading measures from corporation and government two point of view.This paper didn't analyze all the enterprises in China's high-end equipment manufacturing industry, but the microscopic analysis of Sany Heavy Industry can integrate with the enterprise'actual conditions. In this paper, to counter the political risk, we put forward that the enterprises should take different measures in different stage.
