Empirical Research On The Driving Factors Of Value Creation Of Listed Companies In High-end Equipment Manufacturing

With the development of China's economy and the improvement in technology,it has made great achievements in the manufacturing industry.Apprently,comprehensive national strength and the power in manufacturing driven by the significant enhancement in manufacturing industry compare to 1960 s.As the spread of new industrial revolution,China pubulished ? 2025 China Manufacturing ? which indicates the necessity of promoting the industry towards high-end and focus on the development of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry.As a result,the strategy helps maintain sustained growth of China's economy and approaches the target of manufacturing power.On 18 th December 2015,central economic conference pointed out that the key of supply side structural reform is to develop the hypostatic economy and to upgrade the industrial system.Because of the High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry provides the initiative of development opportunity,it is an important factor of industrial upgrading.Meanwhile,manufacturing base leads the transformation from traditional mass production to high value-added manufacturing industry.For this reason,the new industry revolution transform China from a manufacture of quantity to one of quality as well as value creation.Value creation is not the choice of a particular industry,but the inevitable path of modern enterprise's survival and development,with the trend of global economic integration spread,China must improve its core value and take its competitive advantage in the market.Therefore,the way to fully meet the challenge is to commit value creation as the core of diligence strategy.As a key industry for economic development in China,High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry should take the value creation as its mission,the enterprise management activities,promote the value creation ability,so that China's economy has made great breakthrough.The paper selects 11 financial indicators and 3 non-financial factors as independent variables,and the added value of economic returns as the dependent variable to measure.Through the High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry Listed Companies as samples for empirical analysis,the driving factors of the value creation is expected to be obtained.We hope that measures to be improved,making Listed Company in High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry of our country can be more steady in development.
