Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Research On The Technological Innovation Of High-end Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Liaoning Province

The high-end equipment manufacturing is one of the seven strategic and new industriesin our country. It is the important engine to change from “Made in China” to “Created inChina”. The high-end equipment manufacturing in Liaoning has made some achievements,but it still has a certain gap compared with the international and the domestic advancedarea. The lower level of technological innovation is an important reason for restricting thedevelopment of the high-end equipment manufacturing in Liaoning. Therefore, it hasimportant and practical significance that improving the technological innovation ability ofthe high-end equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning.Firstly, the paper describes the theory of theoretical connotation、characteristics andimportant role of the technological innovation as the theoretical basis. Secondly, this paperanalyzes the present situation of the technical innovation from the five segments about thehigh-end equipment manufacturing industry, The high-end equipment manufacturing inLiaoning has made some achievements, but it still has a certain gap compared with theinternational and the domestic advanced area. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the influencingfactors of the technological innovation with the high-end equipment manufacturing byreading the relevant literature. And it obtains27influence factors which appeared withhigher frequencies in the relevant literature. This paper applies the factor analysis toprocess the data about the influence factors by the on-the-spot investigation. If the variableintercommunity of the main factor and the factor load is less than0.6, this influence factorwill be deleted. The processing results are that this paper draws the three common factorsform a total of18influencing factors. The three common factors are in turn named internalcontrol influence factor、internal and external coordination influence factor and externaldevelopment influencing factor. This paper uses the common factor as the classificationstandard of influencing factors, namely internal control influence factors、internal andexternal coordination influence factors and external development influencing factors. On the basis of the above result, this paper applies the method of the system dynamic to do thesimulation analysis about18influencing factors, the trend of each variable in eachsubsystem was predicted through simulating, and the result of the simulating comparedwith the result of the factor analysis. Finally, according to the above results, this paper putsforward countermeasures combined with actual situation to enhancing the capability of thetechnology innovation about the high-end equipment manufacturing in Liaoning.
