| Globalization era, economic prosperity and information level improvement make people pay more attention to the quality of working life. Therefore, how to provide a better quality of working life becomes a important topic today.At present, the operator due to fatigue, hard work, private reason and other factors that have led to extremely behavior such as suicide has been heard often. In addition, the frequent job-hopping phenomenon is also a common characteristic for operator. It seems easier to produce than the average employee turnover behavior. Therefore, improving the quality of working life has just offered a feasible way to prevent this situation. Gowdy (1987) said that a bad quality of working life will exert a more negative influence. On the contrary, when the staff can adapt the organization and work happily, they can feel confidence at the work then the staff will reduce the intention of turnover.This research regards operators in the electronic industry as the main object. It aims to discuss the influence and relationship between the quality of working lite and the intension of turnover. The questionnaires study has been used to collect data. There are totally175questionnaires sent with151valid questionnaires collected. The influence and relationship to quality of working life and turnover intention have been done during this research. The study concluded that the Quality of working life can significantly affect the operator’s turnover intention and with negative correlation. Finally, this research concludes the result of study and proposes relevant suggestions to administration that hope to make enterprises pay more attention to the quality of working life and design suitable management system to reduce operator’s turnover intention and achieve the goal of growing up to make a profit in enterprises. |
