At present, the staffs after 1985 go into the society step by step, they began his career, they become the main force of the enterprise, the vigorous development of the power for the enterprise.They refer to the employees who is born after 1985.In our country,they were born after the reform and opening up, their environment along with the growth of the domestic economic upheaval, material conditions are very rich.Most of them are one-child, and open personality.The development of information technology makes them constantly to accept new things, to accept a foreign advanced knowledge and culture.The group grow up in such an environment, quality of work life has a certain sense.Their concept of work is no longer rely on work to make ends meet, but the pursuit of a higher quality of life and the work quality of expectationsWhen the Staffs after 1985 arriving on the job, their departure problem also in focus.Recently there are many news media reports, the group departure reasons are various:Less heterosexual colleagues,Go to work time too early could also become into their departure reasons.Reasons for these seemingly strange leaves but reflect their knowledge of self to the quality of work life.So from era background, standing on the quality of work life in Staffs after 1985, the Angle of the problem of employee turnover intention appears imminent.Economic and social development to make employees pay more attention to the quality of life.The understanding of the group work quality of life and study can help us to understand their departure action.From this perspective,it can bring help for human resource management,from the perspective of quality of work life to reduce the new employee's turnover intention,avoid enterprise talent loss, and achieve the goal of win-win.Therefore, to build a meet this special group:Staffs after 1985' QWL scale, quality of work life and study the group on its turnover intention is the focus of this article.This study aims to build a based on the perspective of employees the quality of life scale, and verify it on the relationship between specific employee turnover intention.Based on the theory and statistical method to Staffs after 1985 QWL of the construction of the evaluation index system to do the research of the system.On the basis of using the principal component analysis it is concluded that quality of work life Staffs after 1985 five indexes and 29 secondary indicator.At last, through regression analysis it is concluded that the population quality of work life and its the correlation between turnover intention.
