Confronted with the accelerating economic globalization, the rapid changing market coupled with the technology development and fierce competition among the companies, it is the innovation that has been an increasingly important determinant for a company surviving in this market context.A standing point accepted by the most majority is that the innovation of the company depends on the individuals. Moreover, the knowledge employees are not only the kernel resource but also the principal subjects for the innovation. It is, therefore, becoming an important issue in the Management Science that how to stimulating the innovative behavior in these clusters.From the views of theory and practice, the thesis attempt to clarify the influencing mechanism of QWL on the innovation behavior through the affective aspect. We constructed model based on the emotion cognition and the affective events theorys and try to answer the following questions:1) Does the QWL of knowledge workers have influence on the innovative behaviors?2) Does the QWL of knowledge workers have influence on workplace affect?3) Whether the workplace affect serves as a bridging character between the QWL and innovative behaviors?4) What conditions enable the workplace affect to accelerate the innovative behaviors? In other words, we tried to in-depth clarify the influencing mechanism of QWL on the innovation behaviors via constructing a model of the workplace affect and the individual innovative behaviors with the creative self-efficacy as a Moderator.In this thesis, we did theoretical researches and cases analysis through reviewing related papers, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis. In other words, we defined the variables and the structural dimensions based on the works of reviewing published theoretical achievements and this, on the other side, provides some theoretical support for us. After that, we examined the reliability and validity of the scale as well as our hypothesis based on the statistical analysis of data acquired from the questionnaires.Finally, we drew several conclusions as following:1) The QWL of knowledge workers has significant influence on the individual innovative behaviors.2) The QWL of knowledge workers have a positive effect on the positive affect significantly.3) The positive affect partially bridge the QWL and innovative behaviors and no significant regulatory effect of negative affect has been found upon this two variables.4) The creative self-efficacy has a regulatory effect between the QWL and the innovative behaviors. That is to say, on the condition of high creative self-efficacy of knowledge worker, the company could convert the positive affect of knowledge workers into the innovative behaviors, and the positive affect can be improved by improving QWL of knowledge workers. And this could serve as an appropriate suggestion for the companies in their routine innovation-management work.
