The spaceflight measurement/control (abbreviated as M/C hereafter) system is used to implement such missions as radio positioning, telecommunication, data transmission, telemetry and remote control of the space vehicles (satellite, spaceship, etc.), generally by the means of that a number of the M/C signals are modulated by the carrier wave. At present, the space vehicles are playing more important roles in the national economy, the people's livelihood and the national defense. Therefore, more attention has been emphatically paid to the system safety performances by the scientific research departments of every country since the spaceflight M/C system is the critical hinge between the space vehicle and the ground facilities. In this article a certain typical spaceflight M/C system are introduced. In combination of the practical engineering experience in this proper field over years, a set of proposals for the simulated ground equipment is designed and a facilitated platform can be set up, enable to generate, in simulation, the up-link signal for M/C, the down-ink signal for reception and processing (including the base-band signal, the modulation and demodulation technologies, the base-band comprehensive processing technology, and the digital comprehensive base-band signal used for the specification test of the simulated M/C station). And together with the space-borne simulator, the simulation and analogue of the up-link/down-link signals can be accomplished while the safety performance can be analyzed. The safety performance of this spaceflight M/C system and its telecommunication links are to be assessed via a number of simulated interferential technologies and approaches, thus to provide some technological supports for the research and development of the spaceflight M/C system in the future.
