Design And Implementation Of A City Tax Invoice Authenticity Query System

In recent years,with development of high technology,the means of illegal invoices have become more and more sophisticated,and the tax department has become more and more difficult to manage invoices,how to effectively manage invoices has become a problem that the tax department has to solve urgently.With the needs of society development and the requirements of modern information technology,how to use modern information technology to manage invoices and improve invoice management methods and means,it is of great significance to effectively promote the development of tax work toward informationization.Based on careful analyzing development status of current invoices at home and abroad,this article combines with the needs of actual work,puts forward a plan that is to construct an invoice authenticity inquiry system,and adopt technologies such as computer network technology,database technology,and J2 EE architecture.adopt service-oriented architecture to construct the system framework based on a unified application software platform.The platform is based on the J2 EE application platform and adopts JAVA technology,XML technology,co mponent technology,database technology,workflow technology,and multi-layer B/S application structure system,make the while application system based on a unified platform,make full use of software engineering tools to analyze,design and develop syste m.According to this design idea,the system designs four parts: customer logic layer,application logic layer,system and data layer and security architecture.The system takes the mainstream software platform as the construction basis and adopts a multi-layer architecture model,that makes the system highly adaptable,extensible,maintainable,easy to use ect.The system integrates the invoice data that exists in different disparate subsystems to create a comprehensive data platform,and provides a unified query entry to complete establishment of invoice center database,thus realizing the data integration query.Further,it realizes several functional modules such as invoice authenticity inquiry,quick inquiry,SMS inquiry,invoice authentication,tip-off management,and statistical analysis.Through testing the main functions of the system,including whether the online query subsystem can display the invoice-related information,whether the taxpayer point management subsystem can inquire the flow of invoices for user authentication,whether the mobile terminal system can check out invoice information,etc.These major functional systems can be satisfied,so the test of this system is summarized,and proves that the design of the system meets the requirements,has certain feasibility and passes the test.
