Leucorrhea is a vaginal secretion of women.Its detection can reflect the reproductive health of women.Routine detection of leucorrhea is an important gynecological examination item.According to its test results,it can be used to determine whether a patient is suffering from vaginitis.At present,the common detection method in the hospital is the observation of the visible components of white cells,mould,trichomonas,epithelial cells,bacilli,cocci and cue cells under the microscope,combined with NAG(beta aminogalactosidase),SNA(sialidase),LE(leucocyte ester enzyme),H2O2(hydrogen peroxide concentration),p H value(PH)The results of various biochemical indicators were used to comprehensively determine whether a patient suffered from vaginitis.The automatic leucorrhea detection instrument is a fully automated instrument that integrates functions like sample pretreatment,microscopy and biochemistry.Different from the traditional artificial detection methods,the automatic white band detector can effectively avoid the decrease of efficiency,the increase of leakage and false detection,and the result of the artificial mirror examination,which is related to the experience of the doctor.It is a new development direction of the fully automated medical equipment at present.This thesis designed a fully automated white belt analyzer software system,which mainly includes the following six modules: database,port communication,image acquisition,algorithm analysis,business process control,user delivery.The software system is developed under the windows7 64 bit operating system,using the IDE software development tool of Visual Studio 2012 + Qt5.2,and using C++ language to develop and design.In software system design,object-oriented design and modularized design are adopted.The main research work and achievements of this thesis are as follows:The design and implementation of the automatic leucorrhea analyzer software system is completed.In the process of software system design,we use object-oriented design idea,modularized design concept and abstraction interface extraction.The main design patterns used by the software system are summarized and analyzed,such as single instance,observer,responsibility chain and so on.The object oriented and modular design is very convenient to divide the system into six independent modules,which can improve the efficiency and quality of the software system,and also facilitate the upgrading of the later instrument function,the maintenance and expansion of the software system.The system software designed in this thesis has been successfully applied to the automatic white belt analyzer,and has been successfully completed in the hospital clinical test.The results of the test have reached the design expectation.The efficiency of sample detection is 1 minutes,and the positive rate of sample detection is less than 0.1%.
