The thesis focuses on the application background and development status of the telecommunications equipment maintenance business system,combines the relevant technical means of the current industry-wide installation and deployment management system,and applies the current mainstream technology to design and develop a deployment management system.The main research contents of the thesis are as follows:First,the thesis briefly introduced the application background and significance of research and development of telecom companies' dispatching management system,combined with the actual situation of the current industry-wide installation dispatching management system and telecom companies' installation of business processes,and made system requirements.The overall combing analysis clarifies the basic principles that the system needs to follow in the design and implementation process.Through combing the workflow and the overall interaction process of business data,the role classification of user members in the system is established.The division of functions of the members was introduced through the use of the example graphs,and the business logic of each major functional module in the system was clarified.The design of the overall logical structure of the system is completed,and the logic structure of the system network is improved according to the data interaction mode.Secondly,the dissertation gives an overview of the main functional modules of the installation management system.In accordance with the logical sequence of the work flow,the main work flow of each function module is designed in turn,and the module components within the system framework are defined.Functional responsibilities.Combined with the business process logic and data interaction requirements,the system database architecture has been completed.Through the E-R diagram,the information elements contained in each information entity during the data interaction process and the logical links between the various elements are clarified,and the construction of each major database entry is completed.Thirdly,the dissertation introduces the overall implementation of the installation management system,and combines the corresponding operation interface to introduce the overall operation flow of the system.On the basis of basic realization of the functions of each part of the system,the main functional modules were tested and verified according to the logical division of the system functions.At the same time,the performance of system concurrency,response speed and resource occupancy rate were also recorded.Finally,for the lack of problems and problems exposed during the testing process,the system has been further optimized.The dispatching and management system of dispatching and maintenance is based on the work order information as the core of the data,and the work order management and work order processing are the core of the business.In combination with service feedback,customer rating,and data statistics,the dispatching instruction delivery of the work order is completed in an efficient and orderly manner.Full use of the various information and data has played a positive role in promoting the overall management level of installation and maintenance.
