With the rapid development of electronic technology,the pulse generator is used as a standard source of measurement for professional testing,and it is widely used in all walks of life in radar,military work,telecommunications,medical and industrial control.Since various industries have various incentive requirements for signal sources,such as magnitude of amplitude generated,adjustable range of pulse parameters,sustainable time,load range,etc.,the existing current pulse generator products are not able to meet some enterprises with specific requirements,and the specific development design needs to be carried out based on their special requirements.The design of the current pulse generator is based on a project that has a very specific needs,and it solves the problem that the current pulse is low,the width can be adjustable,and the problem of the weight,the main design of the mind is to control the signal based on the programmable logic gate array(FPGA),to control the signal through filter amplification of the signal to the analog circuits and to use the multi-channel current pulse overlay,and by controlling the closing time of the switch and the closing time of the selected switch to superimpose the high current amplitude of the pulse output of the long duration.The circuit operation of the control signal greatly reduces the rise and fall time of the current pulse,while the multi-path superposition method solves the problem that the current amplitude is higher and the power is larger,so that the amplitude can be adjusted and the range of adjustment is larger(10.00A~24.99A).And through the circuit to produce the actual current pulse signal is converted to a voltage pulse signal,through high precision sampling resistor,based on a sampling of the principle of first-order ?-? analog-to-digital converter(ADC)is converted to a voltage digital signal after sampling and displayed,make the amplitude and width measurement accuracy is greatly increased,and are controlled withiną2%.The current pulse generator in this paper also has the operation of overload,undervoltage and high voltage insurance,which improves the safety of the whole circuit.In view of the current pulse of ripple and overshoot problem,through the increase in the overall circuit low-pass filter circuit and differential compensation circuit,to eventually produce small ripple current pulse and overshoot.At the same time,under the sufficient theoretical analysis,combined with the specific simulation debugging and experimentaltest results,the modification is perfected,so that it can output stable and reliable current pulses under different loads.At the end,after the prototype of the current pulse generator,the characteristics of the current pulse generator are: the output is 10.00A-24.99 A,A adjustable,and the width is 0.01ms-99.99 ms,and the measurements of the width and the width are both within 2%,and the drop is less than ten us,and it's less than 5%.The final comprehensive test results of the prototype show that the basic function of the large current pulse current generator is completed and the expected target is achieved under simulate load.
