The T/R function component,which is the integration component of the transmitting channel / receiving channel,is the core component of the radar system,and is also the value of the active part of the radar.The performance index of the launch and reception of modern radar is often determined by the parameters of T/R functional components to a large extent.The development history of T/R functional components is no exaggeration.It is the epitome of the development of the semiconductor industry.The development of microwave radar technology is more and more demanding for T/R components,such as miniaturization,reliability and so on.With the development of semiconductor technology,integrated circuit hybrid discrete devices,the initial(HIC),the monolithic microwave integrated circuit(MMIC),the low temperature co fired ceramic(LTCC),multi chip package(MCM)and other advanced technologies and the emergence of T/R technology in radar also continue to benefit from the development of the prospect of new,become the core of modern radar still focuses on the development of it.In the process of carrying out the project,we have mainly completed many aspects,such as plan design,index decomposition,design simulation,test and test,etc.,so as to achieve the physical design of X-band T/R transceiver front end,and provide a research method and product realization way for subsequent models.In the process of testing X-band T/R components in this project,the main tasks that the author has undertaken and completed are as follows:a)study and analyze the parameters of the T/R transceiver front end in the radar system;b)the design of the scheme and the decomposition of the index;c)design simulation and index optimization;d)complete the processing and test of the receiving module,the launching module.e)complete the system adjustment test and analysis of the T/R transceiver front-end;f)project summary and prospect.
