The demand for integrated circuits is more and more strong with the rapid development of modem electronic information,especially the universal type of power electronics applications.With the popularization and development of miniaturization system,the importance of switching power supply is more significant.The Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)control circuit,The Phase-shifting Resonance control circuit and The Synchronous Rectifier control circuit,as the cores of the switching power supply have developed rapidly which have greatly improved the performance of the switching power supply.At present,the aerospace industry is developing rapidly,and the application of long-life electronic systems in space has been taken seriously.The approach to improve system lifetime is needed to solve the problem of anti-radiation of electronic devices.The way to solve anti-radiation problem of power supply as the most common integrated circuit has been very urgent.This paper aims at the anti-radiation reinforcement products of power supply,which mainly solve the anti-radiation problem of the core controller of switching power supply and completes the design and implementation of anti-radiation current pulse width modulator to meet the needs of space applications.The main contents are:1.This paper analyzes current situation of the anti-radiation pulse width modulator and studys basic principle of the pulse width modulator by comparing the technical level of the switching power supply controller at home with abroad.2.Proposing the system framework and design index of the radiation resistant current pulse width modulator with introducing the fuctional characteristics of each module.This paper describes the voltage loop control of PWM and the control principle of curent loop.3.This paper Analyzes the function characteristic of each unit module and designs the detailed circuit design of unit module from the main index.The reference part uses Brokaw bandgap reference and fuse trimming technology to achieve high-precision reference output.The operational amplifier and comparator use P-type transistors to realize common-mode input range of zero potential and the output stage adopts totem pole structure to enhance output driving ability.According to the PWM system architecture,the overall circuit is designed.4.Introducing the effects of radiation on the performance of bipolar devices.This paper proposes that the negative feedback control of resistance,Wilson current miror and composite P-transistor structure are adopted in the reinforcement of the lines to realize the reinforcement design of sensitive indexes.In the meantime,Oxidation process,custom active area and ILD composite film are presented to achieve the process of structural reinforcement.Both the circuit structure and the process are used to ensure the device's anti-radiation properties.5.The paper describes the device layout design,tests the full-parameter,draws the characteristic curve and measures the ability of total dose irradiation of the radiant curent pulse width modulator.The results show that the device possesses the total dose radiation resistance of 100 k rad(Si).
