According to the idea of "information management tax" proposed by the State Administration of Taxation and the requirements of establishing a unified,standardized,transparent and efficient information management platform in the tax source management of this industry,in order to strengthen the management of tax sources in the real estate industry of a certain Citys,the local tax bureau of a certain City exists in the aspects of the real estate tax management.According to the domestic and foreign real estate tax source management information research status,the author has designed a certain city's land tax source management system through the business demand analysis,the overall design,the function design,the system is implemented and tested,and a real estate tax source management system is designed..Through the design strategy and principle of the software system architecture,the key functional requirements,the blueprint of the software system architecture design,the hierarchical view of the system,the logical view and so on,the architecture of the system is completed.The database is designed with Oracle,which is divided into three modules: database basic design,database overall design and data table design.The basic design of database is planned from database planning,user data assessment,planning user,planning partition,planning table space,planning physical storage and so on.The E-R diagram is used in the design,and the data table is designed in detail according to the requirements of the system's business requirements.This paper lists the tables of the basic information table,the contract information table and the basic information table of the project.In this paper,based on previous needs analysis,detailed analysis of each functional module of the system is carried out.The whole function design section basically designs the main functional modules through the function outline and the function diagram,and the sub-menu item is designed by the function description,the flow chart,the input item,the output item,the business rule and so on.In the design process,a large number of flowcharts were used,which were drawn by Microsoft Office Visio 2003.The system implementation and text part introduces the development environment,operation environment,system implem entation and system testing.The system implementation part is presented by module location,function description,implementation process,interface design,database object design and code implementation.The entire code is implemented using J2 ee to program.After a series of design,the design of the system has been completed.The author of this paper through modules,systems,user testing,testing process is normal,the results also meet the requirements.The main research content of this paper is divided into seven parts.The first part mainly explains the background and significance of the project research;the second part introduces the key technologies used in the process of the system design;the third part is mainly the analysis of the business needs,and through the analysis,the system's general framework and the requirements of the module are formulated;The fourth part is the overall design of the system,which is mainly divided into architecture design and database design;the fifth part mainly describes the system function design;the sixth part is the system implementation and testing part;the seventh part makes a summary and Prospect of the full text.
