Design And Realization Of Office Automation System For Traditional Chinese Medicine University

With the rapid development of the global economy,education is developing vigorously,schools are in the fierce market competition and are paid more attention to by all circles.Under such an environment,school education should adapt to the development of the new era so that it can stand out among many institutions.This requires us to change the existing model and improve the management level of education and office efficiency.The fast and slow efficiency of school office directly restricts the overall development of school.The realization of office automation system in colleges and universities will improve the efficiency of office administration in all departments of colleges and universities,realize the paperless flow of official documents,the electronic conference management,the sharing of information and dynamic information of office business in all functional departments,and realize the cooperative work among staff by various modern means of communication,making the office model of schools more and more automatic,intelligent and scientific.Traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities are the most closely related to the teaching and practice of one kind of universities,affiliated hospitals,research bases and some of the administrative business closely integrated with the school business.The office automation system of traditional Chinese medicine university has the basic function of office automation system of ordinary colleges and universities.This paper introduces the background and significance of office automation,summarizes the status quo of office automation system at home and abroad and related technology.On the basis of this,this paper designs an office B S system based on J2 EE framework.The design of the system is carried out according to the software development process: the system needs are analyzed according to the business relationship existing between the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the affiliated hospital,the overall structure design,outline design and detailed design of the system,the database is then designed,including the conceptual model structure design and the data table design,and the related testing of the system is completed and the whole system is summarized.This paper realizes the core business of administrative office of the University of traditional Chinese medicine: examination and approval business,circulation of official documents and management,conference management,information distribution and other daily business,as well as the special daily business of the University of traditional Chinese medicine and affiliated hospital,such as the application for experimental materials to affiliated units.This system has certain theoretical and practical significance,can let the relevant personnel in different places or different regions to carry out the official business efficiently,documents receive and transmit,and so on,so as to improve the administrative office efficiency and office quality of traditional Chinese medicine University.
