The process of industrialization has entered the 4th era(the fourth industrial revolution).For cigar factory A to survive and expand in the fierce competing market,it is vital to adopt intelligence and industrialization in the manufacturing process.One of the methods to build an “intelligent factory” and achieve “intelligent manufacturing” is the adoption of a MES system.The factory plans to,with the help of the MES system,combine the factory standards with the manufacturing process to improve the factory's basic management level in manufacturing.At the same time,this will integrate all the procedures related to manufacturing,collecting and analyzing the data,so as to truly realize the new goal in information development: to create value from data.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of the MES system in a cigar manufacturing enterprise.Based on the factory's needs,it analyzes and designs the function and structure of the MES system,as well as realize the quality control module.Based on this,the main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Based on the actual situation of cigar factory A's manufacturing process and its products,and with the completion of the functional analysis and data analysis of the existing information systems,this paper explores the factory's management needs,function requirements,integration requirements and security needs,successfully summarizing cigar factory A's overall demand for the MES system and building the MES system's framework.(2)After understanding the overall demand of cigar factory A,this paper sets out to explore and design the overall system,technology and integration structures and the functional modules.(3)According to the business demand of cigar factory A and on the basis of the overall structure,this paper describes the MES system in detail,including the functional and integrated designs of the system,the bottom digital mining design and the core class design.It also carries on the procedure rearrangement of the function modules involving production management,quality management,material management field management and statistical analysis reports,combing the logic for implementation within each module.(4)Taking cigar factory A's quality management module as an example,this paper studies the network architecture and data acquisition of the module.Meanwhile,it explores the SPC statistical analysis methods involved in the quality management process so that the specific functions in quality management module can be realized.And at last,it displays the interface of the implementation of the quality management module.
