With the rapid growth of China economy,power supply is increasing and brought a series of security problems in high voltage power grid equipment.To prevent various types of electrical accidents,safety monitoring workload increases rapidly.As the main parameters of the safe operation,the temperature of power grid equipment is more and more heavy to test.The technology of infrared temperature monitoring,which is widely used now,can't meet the current monitoring requirements.Based on the above reasons,we believe that developing a more effective on-line monitoring system for distribution network equipment has become a top priority,so as to effectively improve the power transmission capability and reduce potential safety risks.Therefore,this paper applies distributed optical fiber temperature sensing,data acquisition,data processing and data analysis and SQL database technology to develop a new on-line monitoring system for distribution network equipment.It can determine the real-time working state of high-voltage power grid equipment by collecting and analyzing the data of high voltage grid equipment's temperature,so as to prevent accents.First of all,this paper introduces the principle of power cable monitoring technology.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of partial discharge test,traditional temperature measurement method and online optical fiber temperature measurement technology,it analyses the advantages and advantages of optical fiber temperature measurement system in power cable application.Then the paper studies the mechanism of Raman scattering and the optical time domain reflection technology to explain the basic principle of the optical fiber temperature measurement system and the feasibility of its application.At last,it designs a set of standard optical fiber temperature measuring system,which combines the field implementation environment and the daily operation and maintenance experience.In this system,the hardware and software requirements and the realization function of the optical fiber temperature measurement are set up reasonably.This paper takes this detector as the core in the Windows environment with Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 as the development tool to develop a set of real-time collection system of distribution network temperature.Through the design of database configuration module,network communication module,data acquisition module and auxiliary monitoring module,the system can monitor the system running state,temperature anomaly and alarm information.In order to store and query the historical temperature data of the distribution network,this paper also uses MySQL to develop a database,which enables users to access the server and modify system parameters on the computer end of an arbitrary network.The final experiment shows that in this system,the hardware and software requirements and the realization function of the optical fiber temperature measurement are set up reasonably.The system has high stability and accuracy.It can realize the real-time monitoring of the distribution network temperature and the warning of temperature in a certain degree.
