With the Internet plus boom struck,especially the open mobile Internet era,the Internet giant with a flow of dividends and barriers,formed in the application of new technologies on the rapid momentum of rapid development,and beyond the traditional industries,as the field of information system of traditional industry,how to adapt to the development of the times,and eliminate as soon as possible Xing technology gap among Internet Co,to enhance their ability to information platform,new technology to drive the traditional Internet enterprise development and progress,also is to let Internet plus to enable enterprises.In this paper,I hope that through the application of Internet technology,we can enhance the capability of the company's system structure and actively embrace a new round of technological change.At present,the platform of the company's customer service(mainly used in the insurance remote customer service service,the core function is to support the vehicle insurance report remote customer service personnel operation)platform architecture is old and old.It is difficult to expand and maintain the risk and high cost.In view of the pain point of the customer service platform,I propose to use the Internet micro service architecture to upgrade and upgrade the platform.I want to use the architecture idea of micro service and the framework of microservice architecture to dismantle the existing system from the business and functional level,split it into multiple system components,and then use the microservice framework technology to combine the split system components to provide business services.Through the in-depth understanding and comparison of the present Internet Co open source micro service framework,I have mastered the method of using the open source framework to build the micro service platform and the necessary software and hardware support.Through repeated attempts at different ways of system function decomposition and micro service architecture,the detailed design scheme and feasible implementation path of large volume application conversion to microservice architecture are found.Through systematic construction and implementation,the transformation and upgrading of the system architecture have been successfully completed,and the design scheme and reality I proposed have been proved.The feasibility of applying paths is of some reference to enterprises or individuals who have similar problems or puzzles.At the same time,I also actively try Internet technology and practice in many aspects of system development.The development process,such as agile development and continuous integration,has been proved to be of great help to the development efficiency.In some specific service development,the introduction of some Internet technologies has greatly enhanced the ability and level of system services.Through the optimization and upgrading of the architecture,the vehicle insurance reporting system of the customer service platform is successfully split into more than 10 independent micro service components,and the resources of each micro service are independent,and each micro service can provide services separately.The system architecture realizes high cohesion and low coupling target.At the same time,the package deployment is promoted from a multiple level of speed.At the same time,the delivery cycle of the system is promoted to two weeks.The core service capability of customer line recognition,vehicle insurance reporting,online line downregulation has been significantly improved.
