Design And Development Of Small Home Appliances Quality System Based On MES

During 2016 NPC & CPPCC(National People's Congress and Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference),Chinese government proposes all enterprises to promote craftsman spirit and produce new domestic goods.In fact,this represents that Chinese consumers have already placed higher demands on most of the current consumer products.China's consumption abroad is quite alarming.Data show that it has reached 1.5 trillion yuan in consumption by residents abroad.At present,China has reached a new stage of development.However,the strength and quality of many domestic products have not been able to keep pace with it.From the consumer's point of view,a large number of middle-income groups have emerged in China,and their consumer demand has been raised from the simple food and clothing stage to the stage of pursuing the ultimate quality and experience.How to create a large number of products that consumers are willing to buy and willing to accept must be forced to transform Chinese manufacturing industry.Based on MES(Manufactring Excute System),The main research of this thesis is a set of effective quality information collection system formed by the combination of hardware system,software system and product process line.In terms of hardware system,it is relatively simple,mainly on the production line And servers,electrical parameters tester with RS232 interface,scanning probes,gigabit routers,wireless WIFI,and external network interfaces;the software system is relatively complex and is mainly divided into the combination of operating system and database system,and the operating system is divided into PMC(Production Material Control)module,power board entry module,fan entry module,sensor entry module,display board entry module,electrical parameter data entry and control diagram display module,maintenance site module,package bundle scan code module,packaging and pallet scan code Bundle modules,kanban modules.The product process route,that is,the production process of small household appliances,adjusts the information module according to the actual needs of the process.This system is mainly applicable to the fast-paced production line operation mode of the small household electrical appliance assembly shop.It monitors the key stations and sets the quality control warning line.This system is particularly suitable for small businesses and enhances the ability to prevent problems and information in the workshop.
