Research And Development Of Expert System On EMC For Typicial Home Appliances

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) is a comprehensive science. A lot of domains are involved with ,such as theory of electromagnetism , electrotechnics , electronics, measurement of electromagnetism .signal analysis , mechanics, cybernation, biomedicine, materials ,technics,ect. The study of EMC is very fargoing and the problem of EMC is very complex.The related rules and standards of the typical home appliance and the countermeasures for EMI and EMS which deduced from the results of studying on the typical home appliance' EMC mutual problem, are integrated into a EMC knowledge base .For more, a expert system on EMC for typical appliance (HAEMCES) will be built. It gives hands to the users on studying EMC knowledge and comprehending EMC. Also, it guides the users to design and to produce their product with the demands of EMC. The R&D of HAEMCES will help to improve the quality of home appliance and surpass the world's levels.Firstly, the theory and the current situation of EMC are introduced, and so the ES. It's very meaningful to introduce ES into dealing with the EMC problem. Secondly, the building process of HAEMCES which includes the designing of the EMC knowledge and the implement of reference engine is described in detail. At last, the programming of HEAMCES is explicated . HAEMCES is designed into C/S model, with the supporting of MS SQL Server 2000. It adopts OO and ADO technic by using Delphi6 as its development tools. It includes two parts: HAEMCS Knowledge Acquisition System used by domain experts, HAEMCS Explanation System used by normal user. HAEMCS Knowledge Acquisition System consists of Management of EMC primer, Management of EMS knowledge and Management of EMI knowledge. And , EMC basic ,EMS control and EMI control form HAEMCS Explanation System.
