With the rapid development of electronic information and data communication technology,data acquisition technology has attracted attention from many fields and has been widely used.Especially high-precision data acquisition technology,it will become a mainstream direction for future development undoubtedly.The project aims to develop a high-accuracy acquisition module based on PCI bus,which is suit for the strain gauge bridge voltage measurement and other low-frequency small-signal acquisition,completes the design of signal conditioning circuit and acquisition control circuit,design of digital filters,and error Analysis and calibration work.The details are as follows:1.Signal conditioning circuit design is the core of the hardware circuit design,it mainly to complete the signal conditioning work.Under the premise of ensuring high-precision measurement,the input signal is subjected to amplification,filtering,and the like,and the signal is controlled within the input range of the normal operation of the ADC.2.Acquisition control circuit design.The use of ARM + ADC architecture,to achieve data acquisition control,data analysis and processing functions.3.Digital filter design.On the basis of designing the hardware filter circuit,the digital filter is studied,and the Kaiser window function is used to complete the design,simulation and code implementation of the filter.4.Error analysis and calibration.Analyze various types of errors that appear in the module,and design corresponding calibration methods for various types of errors to reduce the influence of errors.Finally,the module has completed the test of DC signal error,signal bandwidth and sampling rate.The results meet the requirements of the established performance indicators and complete the expected design goals.
