Piezoelectric Solid-State Micro-machined Modal Gyroscope works with the special vibration modal of piezoelectric body, It is a Solid-state microgyroscope which different from the vibration microgyroscope. The gyro based on the coriolis force effect principle, and it realizes the change of the quantity of angular velocity detection through test the change volume of induced charge on the induction electrode.The research in this paper mainly based on the high order vibration modal simulation research of Piezoelectric Solid-State Micro-machined Modal Gyroscope and the results of simulation and test circuit performance analysis results. According to the characteristics of the gyro signal, we design and implement the data acquisition and signal storage system .This paper carefully analyzed the gyroscope?s work characteristic and the signal features. According to the system's performance requirements, we design a data acquisition and storage system for the gyroscope system. This system uses TMS320F2812 DSP as control platform, and to realize high precision mass storage performance with the 16 AD transform chip AD7656 and 128 M x 8 Bit outside enlarge FLASH chip K9F1G08UO. In this paper we mainly completed the design of the hardware circuit and PCB production and the writing of the software control program. We Realized the gyro digital signal. Then with the development platform of TMS320F2812, through the MATLAB software combines CCS compiled software, realize the design of the adaptive digital filter, we mainly introduced the integral design thoughts and the design method of the filter .The research of this part will do the further attempt and research for the gyro?s digital signal processing. It offers a new idea for the follow-up data processing discussion. In this paper, we did the the performance test and verify for the data acquisition and storage system and the adaptive filter. Through the research, we have a further understanding about Piezoelectric Solid-State Micro-machined Modal Gyroscope. We have determined the feasibility of the system. This paper will provide research material for the follow-up of the gyro researchers, and the research content of this paper also has reference function in the future to the similar types gyro?s research and design work.
