Design And Implementation Of Library Management System For Private College

Library management is the usual work faced by the library of the private college,but there is still a few colleges to manage library materials using the traditional artificial way.This way has many shortcomings,such as low efficiency,poor confidentiality,and more complicated.Therefore,it is urgent to develop a library management system which can provide users with sufficient information,rapid inquiry and security management mode.This article embarks from the private college library business needs,the actual situation of the information management system of library management concept,technical level and the combination of design and development to adapt to the private college library management information system.The system highlights the nature and content of the work of the private college library,facilitates management and greatly improves work efficiency.This thesis is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter describes the research background and significance,research status and development trends at home and abroad.The second chapter introduces the system requirements,including goal demand,users' application requirements,functional requirements,and non-functional requirements.The third chapter introduces the outline design of the system,including the system architecture,the system function module division and database design.The fourth chapter introduces the detailed design of the system,including the development tools and platforms,editing module,collection module,basic information module,flow module,journal module,query module,periodical reading room module,control module,system management module,statistics module and system help module,reader web management module.In which,the book choice in editing module will load the file ISO-2709 firstly,divides marc data using(char)30,and then stores the set with key-value pair;A special algorithm is designed to transform the bar code to ISBN code in the collection module.The fifth chapter presents the running effects of some modules,including C/S part and B/S part of the library management system developed in this thesis.
