Research And Analysis On Library Management System Of Guizhou Urban Vocational College

The paper is to address research of library management system for Guizhou city vocational college.Guizhou city vocational college is a private higher learning institution.Because it is managed by traditional methods and it’s processing service is depended on manual,the current of the library is managerial confusion and fallback.The management system used UML modeling language to solve the problem of management and to build the solid foundation for information construction of the future.There is provided a system comprising business process re-engineering to the questions those exist in storage of books,book lending and the return process.The overall function package and sub-function package about parameter setting,books management,readers management,book circulation,query management and data management is given in the paper.Data used in all kinds of function were analyzed.The paper provides entity relationship diagram, including the readers information,books information,storage information,borrowing statistics,data backup and parameter.The system built database table structure based on these entity relationship diagram.In the end the paper concluded the whole work of research and analysis and prospected the further work in the future.
