In the development of the civil aviation industry,speed,safety and efficiency are the eternal theme that airlines pay attention to.In addition,China is the country with the largest number of high-altitude airports in the world.The complex terrain conditions and unstable climate at these airports seriously affect the take-off performance and flight safety of aircraft.To ensure safety is to design a failure emergency procedure for these airports is the one of the important means,at the same time,it can effectively improve the economic efficiency of the airlines.It studies the aided design method of the first failure emergency program,and then designs and develops the aided design platform based on AutoCAD ActiveX and Google Earth COM API secondary development technology.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of the research on the emergency procedure of takeoff failure at home and abroad,synthesizes the difficulties of the performance engineer in the design of EOSID at present,and puts forward the design idea and module division of the auxiliary design platform.Second,it studies the transformation method of AutoCAD graph number based on ActiveX,discusses the specific method of secondary development of AutoCAD based on ActiveX,and realizes the extraction and automatic drawing of graphic data.Then,the method of secondary development of Google Earth COM API is studied,and the idea of track roaming on Google Earth platform based on BCOP software simulation data is put forward.On this basis,a failure emergency program aided design platform is designed,including sorting and saving the airport navigation data,automatically drawing obstacles,navigation platforms and runways on the topographic map.As well as the emergency procedures of obstacle assessment and track roaming analysis and other functions.Finally,based on the developed design platform,taking Guangzhou airport as an example,design and analysis the EOSID.An auxiliary design platform for EOSID is designed and developed,which can provide effective help for performance engineer in designing a failure emergency program.More efficient and accurate design of more safety and economic benefits of the take-off failure emergency procedures.
