Intelligent traffic management and control system is an important part of the development of intelligent transportation. At present, the application and development of mobile Internet and big data in an endless stream, combined with the traffic control system is the main direction of the development of this field. In this paper, the design and implementation of a high performance intelligent traffic push system is studied.In the second chapter of the paper, the system architecture and design ideas are described in general. According to the order of the system architecture of each part are analyzed, and combined with the previous system design and development experience and system actual demand of each module scheme selection and implementation method, here gives my own idea. In the third chapter, this paper introduces the open source framework of this system, including the reason of choosing the framework, the implementation principle of the framework and the improvement of the system performance and scalability. In the fourth chapter, according to each module, the author according to the code of the specific implementation, elaborated the development of the system of specific methods, implementation process and details and analyzed the principle of each module and the internal of the push system from the perspective of class structure and source code.
