With the coming of the "Internet +" era,traditional ticket reservations have been gradually separated from fixed desks and computers,corresponding changes with the passenger demand for ticket sales services.At present,China's market for App client ticket reservation is still in its infancy.C ivil aviation and Internet companies have successively joined the market,and the quality of App products on the market is uneven.In order to make relevant research on the factors that affect the customer satisfaction of C hina Southern Airlines App C lient,in order to make C hina Southern Airlines(hereinafter referred to as "C hina Southern Airlines")improve and optimize the passenger user experiencemore efficiently,this study will be based on data mining technology and will conductan empirical research on the variable that affect the customer satisfaction of China Southern Airlines App Client.Through the correlation analysis,the results of this study are as shown below:The customer satisfaction of C hina Southern Airlines App C lient ' s second-level elementPerceived Q uality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction.In this paper,the factors that affect Perceived Quality of the customer satisfaction of C hina Southern Airlines App C lient model are: the realization of the communication,the realization of the transaction and Comprehensive information,these three factors have a significant positive impact onthe customer satisfaction of China Southern Airlines App Client.Reducing passenger complaints on C hina Southern Airlines App C lient have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.In this paper,In order to increase customer satisfaction,two factors will help to reduce passenger complaints,those are as shown below: App ticketing payment security and App opera ting stability,these two factors have a positive impact on customer satisfaction.The customer satisfaction of China Southern Airlines App C lient ' s second-level element--Perceived Value has a positive impact on customer satisfaction.The Perceived Value mainly includes the App Ticket and additional service cost-effectiveness ratio and the cost-effectiveness ratio compare to Competitive Product,both sides have a positive impact on the customer satisfaction of C hina Southern Airlines App C lient.The customer satisfaction of China Southern Airlines App C lient ' s second-level element--Corporate Brand Image has a positive impact on customer satisfaction.The factors that affect Corporate Brand Image of the customer satisfaction of China Southern Airlines App C lient model include: corporate brand recognition and customer online service efficiency,both of which ha ve a positive impact on the customer satisfaction of China Southern Airlines App Client.
