Data mining which dig out the meaningful data from a lot of original data information to the user to guides the people's practice because of produceing more and more efficiency and profit, etc. In the second,chapter summarizes relevant data mining theoretical knowledge briefly. In the third chapter,the author introduced classification methods, we introduce the concept of classification, characteristics and data processing steps are briefly too. In the paper also mainly introduced the two kinds of clustering and classification of their respective analysis method, which in turn to the analysis algorithm procedures and processes. The classic K-means clustering algorithm, which clustering center is usually in the class of the average, find out the most appropriate clustering center. In this paper, the author uses the data mining technology cluster analysis method and the classification method of data reduction factor analysis method for the same data analysis about the two methods, made the comparison and analysis more convenient.In order to make the theory in the practice has a good application, the fourth chapter and chapter 5 of this paper, the author collected the data through filling empty and cleaning up the arrangement, in addition to the noise and other operational steps will rule after the data, using the software SPSS for Windows 13.0 analysis the data carefully, the author has used the experimental results and analysis data in addition to get the gravel diagram table and drawing the results, making the experiment data and results be clear at a glance.When the process of experiment completed, the experimental on the basis of data for further analysis and give constructive opinions and suggestions, analyze the customer satisfaction rate in products are not happy with the reason, because of the limit of the length and strengthen the characteristics of two kinds of analysis algorithm is, just in the product satisfaction on the one hand, the experimental results compared and then draws the conclusion.This article based theoretical knowledge of data mining briefly, but data mining technology of clustering technique and classification technology is introduced and described emphatically. the rural users of Anhui TV network whose satisfaction feedback form the data collecting as the foundation, the data of product satisfaction and service satisfaction as two big satisfaction clustering and items of classification of the analysis of the factor analysis, after the relevant experimental results came out, the whole process of knowledge discovery draw the conclusion that customers don't satisfied where, we can analysis the more data, that we want to know more of the data, for the company improve quality and service quality of some product which surrounding digital TV provided relatively meaningful decision basis...
