The Design And Implementation Of E-commerce Monitoring System On Sichuan Administration For Industry&Commerce

With the accelerating of globalization degree, commodity trading is no longerconfined to a small range. And the emergence of electronic commerce make theeconomic globalization and commodity trading globalization a brand-new expulsiveforce. E-commerce involves a variety of commodities. Unlike the rapidly growing ofE-commerce, the powers to regulate it is growing slowly, resulting in some risks. Theprimary one is that the interest of online consumers are easily to received infringement,and it is hard to investigate businesses responsibility in network environment. In theearlier stage of E-commerce, there is no law in accordance with the division ofresponsibilities. In recent years, countries have tried to put the appropriate laws andregulations for e-commerce legal constraints, but because of the characteristics ofe-commerce itself, these laws do not fundamentally eliminate the various hazards ine-commerce. Especially in the situation of network transaction disputes, it is hard tofind the relevant responsible business entities.In this paper, the problems of e-commerce are studied and implemented byregulating e-commerce system. The system is divided into four modules,1) usermanagement module manage system functions related to the user, the users consists ofsuper administrators and ordinary users;2) websites searching module providesfunctions to search and find information associated with e-commerce network operatorssubject, and the module also allow users to search in batch;3) archives managementmodule enables users to search the web based business entities and archives relatedwebsites, user can modify the record when the documented entities has changed;4)archives entities searching and statistical functions provides the ability to search relatedentities according to the conditions and to export the result, users can intuitively readthe archiving data By using the system. We use an Oracle database as data storage anduse the MVC development framework based on J2EE. The system can completee-commerce regulation grassroots AIC basic functions of the Bureau full regulation ofe-commerce has important significance.
