Research And Implementation Of Authentication Platform For Administration For Industry And Commerce Business Systems Based On RA

With the development of e-government in China, how to ensure the safety ofonline e-government is a key technical issue that restricts the development, and it’salso a current research hotspot. In this paper, on the basis of the research on theproblems in user management and authentication encountered in the e-governmentimplementation process for the industrial and commercial system of Hunan Province,it has put forward the unified identity authentication platform in the industrial andcommercial business based on the RA. This paper focuses on how to combine theelectronic authentication services that RA Center provided with user management ofall application systems in the industrial and commercial field, combine the RAregistration process with user authentication of e-government network, and furthercombine with the access control and authorization management system to ensure theconsistency of the certification data and avoid potential security threats of theintegrated adaptation.This paper first comprehensively analyzes the safety protection status of industryand commerce e-government affairs in Hunan province, explores the common demandof business systems which have been built or will be built for the identityauthentication application, carries on the application integration innovation inreference to mature technology and based on the specific application background, andthen puts forward an overall plan of identity authentication platform in the face ofindustry and commerce field and based on the RA center. This plan mainly includesplatform structure design, identity authentication system architecture and serviceinterface design as well as unified portal architecture design with the integration ofSSO, and then it solves the key questions such as authentication informationcollection, local-global users mapping, local-global authentication informationsynchronization and authentication and authorization process design.Secondly, in view of key problems in the plan implementation process such asthe authorized management of complex system users, multi-mode application systemaccess, legacy business system transformation and the isolation of internal andexternal nets of industry and commerce e-government affairs, this paper puts forwarda two-layer and three-dimension authorized management system. Besides, it carrieson the transformation of legacy system based on Web Service interface code and establishes data exchange channel of internal and external nets based on VPN so as toachieve data exchange between internal and external networks.Finally, on the basis of previous work, it carries on the database design andfunction design, develops and deploys an identity authentication platform of industryand commerce business based on RA center, and then makes an comparative analysisof the construction system with the previous system, which provides technologyreference of safety protection for the construction and development of industry andcommerce business application system.
