Design And Implementation Of File Management System Based On RFID Technology

Archives are valuable historical records of various forms formed by state institutions,social organizations or individuals in social activities.Archives are the common spiritual wealth of human.There are many disadvantages in traditional management methods and techniques: The order of archives storage is easily disrupted,long query time,unscientific inventory operation,Invalid archives managed lags behind,poor timeliness of archives sharing,etc.It is unable to keep pace with the information development.RFID technology is one of the important information technologies in the twenty-first Century.It has many success cases in various application area,and also has huge application prospect.The rapid development of RFID technology brings a rare opportunity for the automation and intelligentization of archives management.We design a file management system based on RFID Technology when the traditional management style of archives is defective.In this file management system,data can be readed without contact,archives can be monitored in real time,and we worked out the problem such as Input the basic data is slowly and has a high error rate,high labor intensity,a great deal of repetitive labor and so on,it actualize the information management and automation management for archives.The main works achieved in this paper are as follows:First,using high-frequency technology to provide a complete solution for file management.This issue is related to the archives management and utilization under the environment of computer.The file management system has been established the C/S framework by Delphi and Java,using SQL Server 2000 database for the archives information storage platform,data processing process control and management platform,with the front-end equipment using computer technology and RFID technology,to establish a file management system by gain? delete?change?check and so on.Second,realizing the on-line monitoring of archives,Improve the efficiency of inventory,provide the way to make the achives storaged and adjusted quickly.The design scheme is edmbedded antenna module in the filing cabinet,it can monitor the archives on the throne,check the status of the archives,find the archives dislocation in time,Improved the efficiency of inventory.The method of whole cabinet management and whole box management is designed for the achives storaged and adjusted quickly.Third,portfolio management of file cabinet and file box.This case overall consideration the application model of file cabinet and file box are portfolio managed.Different reader and antenna modules are used to collect data from the file cabinet and file box respectively,realize the on-line monitoring of portfolio management.
