Design And Implementation Of Party Affairs Management System Of Tianjin Road Directly Department

Tianjin Road Directly Department(former Outer Ring Road Management Department),is mainly responsible for the management and maintenance of the facilities and road property rights of the outer ring road.With the deepening of the economic system and the OneNet informatization,the party affairs management leaders at Tianjin Road Directly Department encountered a lot of difficulties.At present,many party affairs are dealt with by hand,and Excel is used to do simple party affairs statistics.How to examine the workers from different angles,excavate the excellent talents and cultivate them efficiently is the key point of the party work.The general system can not meet the specific needs,therefore,the establishment of the party affairs management system is not only the needs of the modern road directly department,but also the needs of the enterprise leaping development.This paper uses B/S as the basic principle design framework in the VisualStudio environment,and uses C#+ASP.NET+SQL and other WEB technology to improve the design and executionof party affairs management system of Tianjin Road Directly Department.The system describes the historical development and current situation of the party affairs of Tianjin Road Directly Department based on the research and study of the daily party works of the Tianjin Road Directly Department.;second,we described the technologies used to the system in details and designed the general framework for the system;third,we analyzed the functions and flows in details by using UML,based on SQL database as backstage data management,in order to achieve the smoothly communications with the customers.Combined with the backstage data management technology for the unified management of intermediate data generated by the system and the system repeatedly used anti hacker OTP single password check technology and RBAC right angle correlation technology to ensure the safety and stability of party affairs management system of Tianjin road directly department in the operation process.This project provides a reasonable,standardized,and convenient overall management control to the party affairs management of Tianjin Road Directly Department,establishing an intelligent management system for Tianjin Road Directly Department party affairs,solving the difficulties of party affairs management,realizing the justice and fairness of the party affairs management,improving the work efficiency.We also did a lot of system testing works to mostly lower the bugs in order to achieve a satisfactory customers feedback results and successfully on-line the system.
