The Design And Implementation Of YFKSS Laboratory Management System

With the rapid development of information technology and the emergence of the conceptof “Made in China”,major manufacture enterprises set their development goal to be informationalized,intellectualized and research-based.To realize their ambition,many of them have established their own laboratories in order to innovate and test their products.At present,some enterprises have achieved automated office system and producing system,but in the management of laboratory,some enterprises are outdated which mainly base on traditional way of work.With the increase of laboratories,continuing adopting traditional paper office can't meet the need of daily management.As a result,to build an informationalized system for laboratory management has become an urgent task.This paper is mainly based on the facts of a lot assemble test laboratory which belongs to YFKSS automobile security system company.Combined with this company's laboratory management style and the testing demand of the laboratory,a new management system was figured out and shows characteristics of the company and its pertinence.It promotes the efficiency of daily usage of resources and achieves the management of staffs,authority,rooms,tasks,devices and documents which plans staffs,affairs and devices as a whole.The design of the system is based on B/S structure model and its service system is Windows 2012 Servers.Relational database Mysql and frameworks such as Spring and Mybatis were also adopted in the process.Because laboratory always involves many projects and requires multiple resource management.This system can conveniently provide an experiment process plan and schedule,which can significantly improve staff's work efficiency as well as reduce the chance of encountering an interruption or other problems.Designing a right management system is necessary and can evidently promote the efficiency of laboratory running.
