The Application Of Data Mining Technology In The Quality Assessment Of Hot Galvanizing Products

As a kind of data analysis method,data mining have been applied to all walks of life.Under the influence of the prosperous development of market economy,data analysis can more accurately grasp and predict the direction of industry development.Especially in the production and manufacturing industry,the test data of product quality can effectively indicate whether the product is stable and reliable.Through the application of the advantages of data mining technology,it can better and more efficiently analyze qualified rate of products and the related information with the production process.In this context,this paper has studied the application of data mining technology to the analysis and statistics of product quality inspection,and constructed the quality evaluation system of hot galvanizing products.The main research work has been done as follows:Firstly,combined with the application and development of data mining technology at home and abroad,as well as the quality inspection of the research on hot dip galvanized products at home and abroad,it has summarized the demand for quality inspection and evaluation of hot galvanizing products in Hongyuan Carbon Steel Company.On this basis,it's put forward applying data mining technology to the quality inspection and evaluation in order to realize the automatic quality inspection process of galvanized products.Through applying advanced data analysis technology,the previous problem of manual analysis of sampling data,which is low efficiency and high investment,has been solved,and the economic benefits of the enterprise has also been improved,which has great significance for the enterprise development.Secondly,the study has put forward the application of data mining technology to the quality assessment of hot galvanizing products in Hongyuan Carbon Steel Company,on this basis,it has constructed the system of business process,logic organization and architecture,planned the functions of the system of quality evaluation,and discussed the environmental design of the system and security strategy,then introduced the data structure of the system,the design and implementation of the function module.Thirdly,the study has realized the data collection of hot galvanizing products and the establishment of data warehouse through the design and implementation of hot galvanizing product quality assessment system.It has also set the standard of product quality evaluation scientifically,refined the assessment parameters of product quality,and divided the product quality level reasonably.In addition,it has also solved the problem that the original data could not be analyzed in depth.Through data mining methods and techniques,the data rule could be analyzed and the data value could be mined as well.
