With the continuous deepening of China's medical system reform,the state's management of medical devices has been continuously strengthened and the supervision of medical drugs has become more stringent,especially in the temperature and medical equipment of medical equipment storage rooms.The relevant laws and regulations mandate that hospital-related institutions must have the equipment and management system to ensure the safe storage of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs.At present,the management system of the hospital is not flexible and the relevant laws and regulations still need to be improved,which block the progress of medical drug storage.It not only causes the waste of substance and human resource,but also results in dangerous drugs,psychotropic drugs,and human organs are far away effective storage and supervision.The main purpose of this work is to address the current problems in medical institutions.First,the management work of dangerous drugs and human organs in multiple medical institutions was investigated,and analyzes current problems from the view of laws,regulations and market requirements.By referring some excellent results and analysis about the intelligent medical cryogenic regulatory control system of domestic and foreign,the project on intelligent medical cryogenic control and monitoring system was proposed.An intelligent medical low-temperature control and monitoring system was designed,which can effectively supervise dangerous drugs,narcotic drugs and human organs so that they can be safely preservation.Secondly,the intelligent medical cryogenic freezer system was analyzed,and a procedure for high-precision measurement and supervision of the temperature was designed.The system mainly measures ambient temperature,condenser temperature,heatexchanger temperature,cabinet temperature,and controls the voltage booster and battery voltage,and has functions of remote alarm,data storage,switch door detection,data communication,data viewing.pressure collection,GPRS supervision.Through analysis about temperature sensors platinum resistance temperature collection,data storage,remote supervision and other functions,the overall structure design,hardware design,software design of the medical freezer are finally completed,and various related functions are realized.Finally,the system is validated by experiments.The results show that the intelligent medical low-temperature control system runs stably and reliably.Multi-channel high-precision temperature measurement,parameter information inquiry,fault alarm,data storage,remote monitoring and other services of the PT100 temperature sensor were realized by using the multi-channel ADS1248 analog-to-digital conversion chip.Medical institutions can use this intelligent medical cryogenic control system to manage medical cryogenic refrigerators more safely,reliably and efficiently.This work lays a solid foundation for the application of modular concept in the field of medical temperature control and supervision.It has great significance for the establish of theory applicable to the modular medical freezer supervision system.
