Temperature measurement and control has great significance not only for the development of new products,but also for the promotion of improving the automation level.Blackbody is the main calibration and detection instrument of control systems,such as infrared guidance and radar testing.At present,specially designed miniaturization and high-precision control products for blackbody are very few.Therefore,the paper researches and develops a high accuracy,miniaturization and dedication temperature control system according to the needs of corporation,with good stability,small overshoot,fast response,small steady state error.Based on analysis and comparison of a variety of temperature control solutions,the paper designs three-wire PT100 temperature measuring bridge circuit and PID variable control overall program,develops a special temperature control system for infrared blackbody.The main work is as follows.In the aspect of system hardware,we use the embedded technology with ARM microcontroller core,STM32F103ZET6,which is highly integrated with the characteristics of rich on-chip peripheral resources,to achieve a channel selection,temperature measurement,differential amplifier.temperature control target value setting and PID control parameter setting and other functions with less hardware cost,low power,limited size of the circuit.In software design,we use the Real View MDK,a development environment,to compile the program and the JLINK V8 downloader to load the program of each part of the system into Microprogrammed Control Unit to complete simulation,debugging and downloading.Each subroutine is independent of each other, and the program has a higher readability and maintainability.The whole temperature control system is tested and the results are analyzed.The experimental results show that the control accuracy of the system is about 0.2℃,the stability of the system about 0.2℃,temperature range of the system about 30℃ to 60℃.The developed control system can meet the performance requirements of infrared blackbody temperature control system.
