China has the largest population in the world.Meanwhile,it also has the largest number of patients suffering from eye diseases.Dry eye is the kind of eye diseases which is the most common but also the most easily overlooked.Dry eye can be divided into two categories: the one is lacrimal gland secretion deficiency,the other is dry eye resulting from the lack of lipids secreted by the meibomian gland which causes tears to evaporate too quickly.For the reason that the evaporation rate of tears and the distribution of meibomian glands become important foundations for clinical diagnosis.At present,dry eye detection mostly adopts intrusive detection,which not only cause pain to the patient,but the accuracy of the examination is not high.At the same time,due to the lack of long-term basic research interiorly,there is a large gap in the development of dry eye detection equipment between China and Western developed countries.The imported foreign dry eye detection equipment is expensive,which is not conducive to the popularization of eye disease detection equipment in domestic small and medium-sized hospitals,and there are some problems with software localization.The research of this thesis is aimed to design the non-contact dry eye detection methods by computer image processing technology and accomplish the design of the application software.For the case of tear evaporation,this thesis reflects the speed of tear evaporation according to the duration of tear film's breakup;for the problem of inadequate secretion of lacrimal gland,this thesis by measuring the height of the tear meniscus to reflect the secretion of lacrimal gland.The work and content of this thesis are as follows:(1)First,this thesis has selected Qt graphical interface framework,Vistual Studio 2013 integrated development tools to built the graphical user interface;then,it has collected images and videos that meet the requirements of the project's quality by using DirectShow library,Opencv library and has displayed them on the interface;Further then,using a stable MySQL database to establish the basic patient information and test results of the data table,and the data's increase,deletion,change,check and other operations have been achieved;Finally,the opening and closing of the white light source and the infrared light source in the lighting system are controlled by the serial communication,and has realized the setting of the light source intensity and the lighting time.(2)Due to the accuracy of the corneal topography and the inspection indicators,this thesis has selected a CCD camera with a resolution of more than 4 million pixels and the camera's spectral response function has a good imaging effect in the visible and infrared bands.After the image has been collected,the height of the human tear river has been measured by the mouse calibration of the two-point line.Through the image processing technology,the tearing time and position detection algorithm of the tear film has been realized by means of the rupture and bending of the ring in the Placido disc.(3)By measuring tear meniscus height and tear film breakup time determines whether a patient suffering from dry eye.The main framework and basic functions of the dry eye detection software have been implemented in this thesis.The stability of the software is good and can meet the needs of the project.
