| RF/microwave technology involves the signal generation、signal modem、amplifier、signal emission、signal receive、low-noise amplification、frequency mix、signal demode、signal detection、filter、attenuator and signal phase shift’s design and produce.compared with the technology of low frequency circuit design,the technology of RF circuit design has its speciality and difficulty.The design of RF circuit using in teaching and illustrating which is designed in this paper can make students acquire more knowledge about RF system’s basic construction 、 simulation analysis 、 testing instruments and measuring skills through experiments and learn the use of important RF test instruments.The paper involves the design of RF circuit in S-band,which contains: the filter、the coupler、the power divider and low-noise amplification.All of the circuits are designed by microstrip with the help of Agilent’s ADS simulation software.The paper also introduces the design of RF circuit transforms from schematics into the simulation of circuit and the design of PCB and tests the filters、the couplers、the power divider and low-noise amplification’s performance by using spectrometer and other RF test instrumentation.The test results of the circuits meet the requirements.The circuit block which designs in this paper takes the use of transparency organic glass as the top cover plate.This kind of the top cover plate makes us easy to observe all of the microstrip lines.The circuit blocks use equality of size in PCB and case and use RF-4 which is widely used and at a relative low price as circuit board in order to cut the cost and difficulty. |
