With the development of the aerospace,national defense,medical and many other fields as well as the improvement of nanotechnology,the size of parts is getting more and more smaller.Micro objects' surface parameter analysis has become an indispensable research direction in the precision measurement f ield.Ministry of Science and Technology has launched a national major scientific instruments project – "Laser differential confocal imaging and instrumentation research and applied research" project in 2011.The photoelectric optical measurement laboratory of Beijing Institute of Technology has undertook the project and has developed a new type of super resolution differential confocal microscopy,which can be used to solve the radius of curvature of the spheri cal element lens group interval,lens thickness and lens refractive index of the non-contact precision measurement and other problems in the field of micro measurement.Based on this background,the paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of the image process and measurement system for the super resolution differential confocal microscopy.The system can analyze the file and show it on the screen,then it supports different types of measurement and can export the results as a report.The paper focuses on solving the surface/volume calculation problem and improves the accuracy and efficiency of the calculation.And for different types of data files,the system can analyze and store them and then display the image in both 2D and 3D situation.Finally the system can export the results and the image to a word or pdf file to record the measurement result.The article mainly introduces the requirements,design and implementation of tomography display module,surface/volume module and report module.The whole system contains three layers: the data structure layer,the algorithm layer and the display layer.In surface/volume module,this paper shows the idea to implement the data extraction algorithm based on bit operation,and the calculation method of surface/volume parameters.Besides,the paper also proposes a method to make the height data more intensive based on the thought of image magnification and the bilinear interpolation method.At the end,the author compares the measurement results with the standard data and the results from other system and proves the accuracy of the results of these parameters as well as the availability of the intensive processing.
