Climate environmental test is the most common and basic environmental test in the process of industrial production and storage.Environmental test equipment is a device used to simulate various environmental conditions.Environmental test equipment needs to regularly measure and verify the various parameters in the process of using.There are many instruments for measuring the climate parameters of environmental test equipment at home and abroad,but they are usually not designed for measurement personnel,many inconveniences in practical use.Combined with the technologies of mobile Internet,Internet of things,virtual instrument and so on,a climate parameter measurement system with high accuracy,wide range and multifunction is developed.The system has some significance to realize the procedure standardization and automation of measurement process.This paper through the literature research,combined with the climate environment test equipment climate parameters measurement,establishes a set of Internet plus environmental testing equipment climate parameter measurement system.The function and technical index of the measurement system are verified,and the results show that the system can meet the actual demand.The main contents of this paper include:(1)Analysis of climate parameter measurement system function and index technical requirements.The framework of climate parameter measurement system for environmental test equipment is proposed.Working mechanism and information flow of analysis and measurement system.Complete system module function analysis and index decomposition.The key technologies of climate parameter measurement system are analyzed.(2)Research on climate parameter measurement scheme of environmental test equipment.The information integration scheme based on KEYSIGHT's 34970 A as the temperature and humidity measurement hardware and YOKOGAWA's MT210 as the air pressure measurement hardware is determined.(3)The software requirements,software architecture,functional modules and testing process of the climate parameter measurement system are analyzed.Based on LabVIEW,the initialization module,temperature and humidity acquisition module,air pressure acquisition module,data storage module and data processing report module are designed and developed.(4)This paper studies the mobile Internet topology of the climate parameter measurement system based on the serial to WIFI technology and Web Server technology.The design of the server and client of the climate parameter measurement system is completed to realize the mobile interconnection and remote measurement and control of the climate parameter measurement system.(5)By experimental verification and analysis of climatic parameters measurement system function module and technical index,results show that the maximum error of temperature is-0.12?,relative humidity,the maximum error is 1.1%RH,the maximum pressure error is-0.03 kPa,the climate parameter measurement system of technical indicators in line with expectations.The actual application results show that the climate parameter measurement system can meet the measurement requirements of environmental testing equipment climate parameters,can achieve the environmental test equipment climate parameter measurement of digital information and network,which has high practical value.
