Design And Implementation Of College Counselor Management System

The scale of development of Chinese universities is expanding day by day,and the construction of information is deeper and deeper.Various software systems have been widely applied in universities.As a university information system,counselor management system has also been applied in many universities.However,there are many counselor management systems which are usually relatively simple,and have not yet fully automated management.They haven't helped the counselors' work more effectively.In view of this situation,combining with the actual needs of a certain college,using the appropriate software information technology,the software system for the management of counselors is developed and designed.The system is relatively simple in operation,and the system runs safely,which is convenient for the use of college counselors.This research uses the B/S architecture.Through the combination of the C# language and the SQL Server database system,the software platform is developed and designed.The main functional modules are divided into the system administrator module,the instructor module and the student module.The system has strict user permissions.When users login successfully,the system will determine user privileges,which gives them scope of operation.In addition,the system also set up a counselor evaluation function,and students can also carry out relevant evaluation on counselors,so as to measure the work level of counselors.This system provides some data support for counselors' evaluation.After the implementation of the system,the system also carries out the related tests on the function and performance of the system,analyzes some hidden problems,optimizes the management process of the counselor,and improves the application value of the system.
