The system's function mainly includes dividing the counselors'office system to students'loan information module, students'information query module, students'information management module, message platform, system decision-making, employment platform, performance management and system management.The paper takes the main functions of the system for example, mainly conducts detailed functional analysis, functional design and functional implementation of students'information management, employment platform, performance management, etc.The innovation of the paper is combining the data mining technology with system design, and trying to analyze students'performance by using data mining technology.The paper employs the Apriori algorithm in association rules, the user association rules provided for the former must satisfy the minimum support, which must meet the minimum confidence, reflecting the low reliability of association rules.
