Hospital Information Management System Design And Implementation

With the rapid development of China's economy and society,the informatization construction of hospital has gradually become the main trend of modern medical development modernization,the hospital information management system also came into being.Hospital informatization is a borderline science,which integrates medicine,information,management,computer,and etc.The hospital should take the patients as the center,and the corresponding work is to provide high-quality medical services for the patients.In recent years,the management problems existed in hospitals have become more and more prominent,hence the establishment of hospital information management system can properly solve the existing problems,and is benefit for establishing a perfect and standard management system.Through investigating a lot of relevant references of inland and outland,this thesis analyzes the current situation and development trend of small and medium-sized hospital information management system.Moreover,based on the daily management data of many small and medium-sized hospitals,we analyze the existing software systems in these hospitals,and obtain the following conclusion: the construction of hospital information management system is very important for improving the management level of small and medium-sized hospitals.In order to adapt to the current status of small and medium hospitals,we design the system with the framework of B/S,and choose to use more reasonable structure of the system,by which,the business processing speed of hospital and the convenient degree for medical treatment of patients will be improved.Moreover,with the application of Web Service,our system can be deployed on different platforms,and it is more convenient to use on the diversified terminals of the hospital.The application function of the proposed system is divided into three layers: the presentation layer,business logic layer and data access layer.we establish the E-R models of system to carry out the transformation of relation patterns of database,by using the SQL Server database technology.Moreover,we also design the function modules of the hospital information management system.The main modules are as follows: the outpatient management,inpatient management,drug management,payment management,maternal and child health care management,comprehensive query,and etc.While implementing the corresponding functional requirements,the later development and system maintenance are also more convenient.
