Hardware-in-the-loop scene simulation test has become one of the important ways to evaluate the performance of equipment system which includes image acquisition,recognition,analysis,processing and other functions because of its lower cost,looser test conditions and better simulation results.Digital micromirror device(DMD)because of its high resolution,high brightness,small volume and high flexibility,is one of the most popular schemes in the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system.The research content of this paper is to design a driving circuit system and target simulation algorithm of target simulator based on digital micromirror device.The target simulator is mainly used to simulate the ground complex scene simulation test and star map simulation test.Firstly,the working principle and data loading mode of digital micromirror device are introduced.The functions of digital micromirror device such as "micromirror timing pulse" and "block operation" are introduced.Aiming at the purpose of the research,the paper designs the structure of the target simulator system.The paper designs the scenario-frame of optical system and sets the optical parameters.The paper designs hardware system structure.Aiming at the power supply,data tramsmission and instruction transceiver of digital micromirror device,the paper designs the circuit of the “drive board”.Aiming at the hardware-in-the-loop scene simulation test of star sensor,the paper designs a star map simulation algorithm.The paper analyses the error of the simulation result of the star map simulation algorithm.Finally,an experimental prototype of the driving circuit system of the target simulator is built.,which verifies the feasibility of the hardware scheme.
